There's No Press Like Home
Select, distinguished alumni were invited to come “home” to work in the Boise State printmaking laboratory during the spring 2017 semester. This studio-based homecoming provided artists with the opportunity to reflect on their growth while creating new connections and camaraderie. The artists created their prints based upon current threads of inquiry while utilizing a variety of hand printed processes including etching, linocut, and screenprint. Collectively, this exhibition of their research reflects a range of subject matter from social justice issues to introspection and phenomenology to grief. Curated by Jill AnnieMargaret.
The Gallery is located at 1700 University Drive on the second floor of the Student Union Building. Parking is available for an hourly fee in metered spaces and in the Lincoln and Brady Garages.
