2019 IDAHO COMMUNITY HEALTH WORKER LEARNING COLLABORATIVE: GROWING HEALTHY COMMUNITIES

The Idaho CHW Network (ICHWN) is proud to present the 2nd Annual Idaho Community Health Worker Learning Collaborative: Growing Healthy Communities. Join us on June 25, 2019 for a statewide event of networking, learning, and collaborating for a healthier Idaho. Please register by May 24, 2019. Objectives:• Collaborate to build a statewide and sustainable CHW workforce• Learn/expand upon skills to improve the health outcomes for Idahoans• Develop, integrate, and sustain CHW programs June 25, 2019: Learning Collaborative breakout sessions and workshops 7am - 5pm MT June 26, 2019: Official launch of the Idaho CHW Network and Association/Alliance annual meetings 7am - 1 pm MT Who should attend: CHWs, CHRs, CHAs, outreach workers, promotores(as), CHW supervisors and coordinators, healthcare and service organizations, and anyone interested in implementing and/or supporting CHW work. Call for Abstracts: ICHWN welcomes abstracts highlighting the extraordinary jobs CHWs are doing in their communities. Please submit here by May 1, 2019. Limited travel assistance will be available. Exhibitor space available. Please complete the exhibitor form and return to CHWEXH@isu.edu by May 7, 2019.  ICHWN is a collaboration of the Idaho Community Health Worker Association (ICHWA), the Idaho Alliance for Community Health Workers (IACHW), and Idaho State University (ISU).
