Idaho State University Make-A-Wish Fundraiser Spaghetti Feed
The Professional Pharmacy Student Alliance (PPSA) is back with our Annual Spaghetti Feed & Auction! We will be continuing our success from last year and we want you to be a part of it! The Spaghetti Feed, Raffle and Auction is an annual fundraiser event put on by the Idaho State University College of Pharmacy students. This event helps the students raise the necessary money to fund their rural community patient outreach projects, for which they have received national recognition. Recognizing the importance of community stewardship, the pharmacy students donate at least 20% of the proceeds from the Spaghetti Feed Auction to a Make-A-Wish child. This year we will be donating toward Hunter, a 5-year-old boy who is battling acute lymphoblastic leukemia, a form of bone marrow and blood cancer. He has been receiving chemotherapy for 1 year and still has another year left. His wish is to go to Disneyworld in the spring! While in Florida he wants to go to a waterpark...he loves water! His favorite characters are goofy and Mickey Mouse. He also loves Spiderman and Batman. Your kind donation will go a long way to help support pharmacy students in the local community and fulfill the wish of a local child! There are two ways you and your business can support the Annual Spaghetti Feed, Raffle & Auction. The first is a cash sponsorship for which your company will be given special recognition as one of our event sponsors with your logo appearing on all of our promotional materials. The second way you can support us is to donate an item to help make the raffle and live auction at our event a great success. We will be contacting businesses and gathering these items before the event. We hope that you'll be able to support our event and help us make a very deserving young child's dream an exciting adventure to remember, and our community outreach events successful!
