What is the LIMBitless™ Challenge?
The LIMBitless™ Challenge is an opportunity for the adaptive community and wounded veterans to engage in a physical experience that will empower and enable participants to “Go Beyond” their limits. Our goal is to expand the horizons of what is possible for the participants and to engage the local community through awareness and interaction. Through our valued partnerships, we hope to equip individuals with the tools they need to become more LIMBitless™ in their daily lives.
Our first LIMBitless Challenge took place on June 4th, 2016 in Boise, Idaho. 17 adaptive teams made the hike to the top of Table Rock, including 11 wheelchair teams. Each wheelchair participant was equipped with a FreeWheel attachment to keep, for increased mobility in their daily lives as well as better recreational opportunities.
Last year the LIMBitless Challenge was an enormous success, taking place in Boise, Idaho. 30 adaptive teams and over 130 volunteers were amazing. Several special guests attended, to see more click here or the 2017 logo below.
