Noon Natural History Seminars

Join us the first Saturday of every month for a seminar with experts on various topics. The lunchtime session will be held at noon in Boone 103. October 5, 2019 -- Danielle Lewis "Stolen Tears: Appropriation of the ‘Noble Savage' as an Environmental Icon" November 2, 2019 -- Dr. Eric Yensen "Coexistence of Columbian and Northern Idaho Ground Squirrels: Competition or Habitat Separation?" December 7, 2019 -- Gipson Honors Students "Museum Specimens and the Meaning of Things" The Orma J. Smith Museum of Natural History is located in the basement of Boone Science Hall at The College of Idaho. Come explore the varied exhibits from insects around the world, African mammals, ancient archaeology, and much more!
