Summer Lawn Series: Castle's Art Making Techniques
Experiment with James Castle's art making techniques during our first Summer Lawn Series activity. From leeching pigments from paper to hand sewing a book, visitors can try out at all of Castle's unique and inventive ways of making art. Free and open to the public. Registration is encouraged, but not required. All ages and abilities welcome. This is a drop-in program. The Summer Lawn Series is a once a month program from May to August that offers free or low-cost, art-based activities for all ages and abilities on the James Castle House lawn. The James Castle House encourages persons with disabilities and those who require language assistance to participate in its programs and activities. If you anticipate needing an accommodation, please contact Rachel Reichert, 208-608-7046 or email firstname.lastname@example.org, as soon as possible, but no later than 72 hours before the event.
